Microsoft Outlook Express email settings of vreb.bc.ca email address accounts

We have recently made changes to our servers. If you are having trouble sending or receiving e-mail, you will need to update your email settings as outlined below:
  1. Open up Outlook Express
  2. On the Menu bar click on Tools
  3. From the dropdown menu choose Accounts A new window will open titled 'Internet Accounts'
  4. Select the Mail tab
  5. Under 'Account' highlight your vreb.bc.ca account
  6. Click on Properties on the right
    A new window will open
  7. Select the Servers tab
  8. If Incoming mail (POP3) is mail.pacificcoast.net or mail.visual.net
    Change it to vreb.bc.ca
  9. If Outgoing mail (SMTP) is mail.pacificcoast.net or mail.visual.net
    Change it to vreb.bc.ca
    If it is something else, such as SHAW or TELUS, leave it alone.
  10. Click Apply
  11. Click Ok
  12. Click Close
  13. Check your mail as usual.
