Microsoft Outlook Express email settings of vreb.bc.ca email address accounts
We have recently made changes to our servers. If you are having trouble sending or receiving e-mail, you will need to update your email settings as outlined below:- Open up Outlook Express
- On the Menu bar click on Tools
- From the dropdown menu choose Accounts A new window will open titled 'Internet Accounts'
- Select the Mail tab
- Under 'Account' highlight your vreb.bc.ca account
- Click on Properties on the right
A new window will open - Select the Servers tab
- If Incoming mail (POP3) is mail.pacificcoast.net or mail.visual.net
Change it to vreb.bc.ca - If Outgoing mail (SMTP) is mail.pacificcoast.net or mail.visual.net
Change it to vreb.bc.ca
If it is something else, such as SHAW or TELUS, leave it alone. - Click Apply
- Click Ok
- Click Close
- Check your mail as usual.
